TERMS & CONDITIONS
All our room rates include breakfast and VAT.
CHECK IN/OUT – our check in times for the rooms are between 3.00pm and 9.00pm and check out time on the last day is 11.00am
CHILDREN:
Children are only eligible to stay in our family/twin rooms.
DOGS:
Dogs are permitted in the pub but not in hotel rooms or overnight stays. Please do ask for suggested walks direct from the pub.
DAMAGE:
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave. We charge a flat rate fee of £200 for minor damages, however, if we deem the damage to be extensive, then you will be charged at our discretion.
SMOKING: Guests are not permitted to smoke in rooms or public areas
LOST KEYS:
We charge a flat rate of £50 for lost keys, which covers our replacement and engraving costs.
GUEST BEHAVIOUR:
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety. Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.
ACCESSIBILITY
Dependent on your individual needs a selection of specifically designed rooms is provided at each of our hotels. Please contact us on 01926 864111 to discuss specific individual requirements and the availability of appropriate accommodation, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
PARKING:
Guests are permitted to use our car park free of charge. There are limited spaces available and space may not be available for the duration of your stay. Please contact the Hotel directly for more information. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage however caused (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in time of the date of arrival, a charge equivalent to the total booking priced, that included any supplements selected by you, will be levied.
If you cancel your booking between 48 hours and one week in advance, the booking can be transferred to another date within the next 6 months. If you cancel your booking up to one week in advance, full payment will be refunded.
